How airport pickup works
Mae Sot Airport (MAQ) is about 3 km from the town centre and sits well inside our free delivery zone, so there is no delivery charge.
Give us your flight number when you book. We arrive about 15 minutes before landing and meet you at the terminal door. Paperwork and a short handover take about ten minutes and then the car is yours.
Delayed flights are not a problem. Message us on LINE and we will recheck the actual landing time before we set off. We do not charge waiting time.
Returning at the airport
Pick up at the airport and drop off at your hotel, or the other way round — there is no extra charge, and you choose both points separately when you book.
Leave about 30 minutes before check-in so we can look over the car together without rushing.
Flight times and opening hours
Most flights into Mae Sot land in the afternoon, inside our normal hours of 08:00 to 18:00, so no out-of-hours fee applies.
If your flight lands after 18:00 or before 08:00 we can still meet you; an out-of-hours fee of THB 200 to 300 per handover applies. The booking page calculates it for you before you pay.
Anything you want to know
How far ahead do I need to book?
Two hours is the minimum. If you land at 3 pm and book on the spot you can still have a car the same day. For long weekends, book earlier — we only run four cars.
Is airport delivery really free?
Yes. The airport is within 10 km of Mae Sot municipal office, which is our free delivery and collection zone.
Can foreigners rent?
Yes. Bring your passport and either an International Driving Permit or a home licence in Roman script. Minimum age 21. If you have no Thai bank account, use the "confirm without transfer" button on the booking page and pay in cash at pickup.
Why only electric cars?
Distances here are short, one charge covers a full day of sightseeing, electricity costs roughly a third of petrol per kilometre, and running a single type of car means we can actually plan charging stops for you.
