- The insurance excess if you are at fault
- Late return: THB 200 per hour after the first hour, charged as a full day beyond three hours
Deposit
Transfer just THB 2,000 to hold the car (same for every model) · the full deposit is THB 3,000–10,000 depending on the car, with the remainder paid at pickup together with the rental · refunded in full within 24 hours after the car is returned and checked.
Battery policy
You get the car at 100%. Return it with the same remaining range you received; any shortfall is THB 1.5 per kilometre (get it at 400 km, return at 380 km = 20 km x 1.5 = THB 30). Never run the battery to 0% — if the car strands and needs a tow truck, the renter pays for it.
